19. Chris Parnell (1998-2001, 2002-2006)
Prior to making moves over to 30 Rock to play the awesomely creepy Dr. Leo Spaceman ("If you want your shot, you're going to have to dance for it!") and voicing Cyril Figgis on Archer, Parnell was yet another SNL cast member recruited from the Groundlings improv troupe. He stayed on board for eight seasons, portraying pop culture icons as varied as Eminem and Emeril Lagasse. However, we like him best as his good ol' self in "Lazy Sunday," where he and Andy Samberg rap about the finer things in life: macking on some cupcakes and catching The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe at their local theater.
