According to residents of a high-end condo in Philadelphia partially owned by Jay-Z, members of Hova's legal team are engaging in a harassment campaign to get them to vacate their homes. In a report from the local Fox affiliate, current and former tenants of 603 North Amerian Street allege that representatives of the building's owners (SCC North American Realty, which is partially owned by Jay) have filed frivilous lawsuits and even given brokers tenants' phone numbers in an effort to make them vacate the property so rents and prices can be raised.
