Many people call the fictional town of Pawnee, Ind. from Parks and Recreation a live-action version of Springfield on The Simpsons. As such, this bit of guest casting news seems pretty perfect. Vulture reports that Homer Simpson himself, Dan Castellaneta, will guest star in both voice and body during the new season of Parks and Rec.

Castellaneta, who had a small cameo in Super 8 this summer, will reportedly play an NPR-like radio host in the season's third episode. Whether or not this means that he will also have a radio war with Crazy Ira and the Douche, Pawnee's resident shock jocks, remains to be seen.
