The best dinner I've ever had in Miami, hands down. Truffle Dumplings, Ground Shrimp Dumplings, and Pork Belly & Scallops here, followed by Himachi with Uzu, Avocado, and Micro Greens, Mandarin Duck, and a gang of other upscale dishes that I can't pronounce, let alone spell. All served by chefs flown in from each dish's country of origin. Shouts to the brother Sven for the invite, and thanks for an incredible dining experience. Here's to more meals, and more music.
