Sony Introduces PlayStation 3D TV

A an affordable 24-incher in a gamer-friendly bundle.

Perhaps no electronics manufacturer is more heavily invested in the at-home 3D movement than Sony. The company has gone all-in on a slew of 3D televisions and peripherals. But even for those who are sold on the virtue of 3D TVs, the premium on the relatively new products is often too high.

Sony is looking to make the 3D TV more palatable with the new PlayStation 3D TV, announced yesterday at E3. The set appeals to both the gamer and the tech enthusiast looking for a 3D TV that won't break the bank. It's got a 24 inch screen, comes with Resistance 3 and a 6 ft. HDMI cable... all for $499 and available this fall. Watch Sony unveil it at their press conference above.
