10. Shaq Fu (SNES/Genesis, 1994)

Complex Critique: The main subject in this piece is a giant, glowing African-American male—presumably either Shaquille O’Neal, Kazaam, or the Ghost of Kwanzaa Past.  The sharp definition of lines here indicates that the artist was very skilled in creating contrasting elements with a budget that went entirely to the usage of the main subject, leaving no money for anything reseembling a quality gameplay experience.
