UPDATE 8/31/15: Evian Christ took to Facebook to explain what happened, and why he is not at all happy with Leeds Festival, especially with festival owner Melvin Benn who asserted that Christ was “intoxicated” and the festival organizers who didn’t respond to his emails or apologize. With Evian Christ, you never know what to expect. This is the guy who’s un-ironically rocking Tiesto t-shirts while also producing tracks on Yeezus. Today, though, a quick series of tweets took the cake:

We’re not sure what a DJ is supposed to look like, but he’d have to have had some kind of necklace or badge on, right? Was he just rolling with a wolfpack of hooligans who were crashing the Leeds Festival gate? If so, why was he sitting in a cage dolo? Whatever the case may be, this temporary imprisonment did spawn a pretty hilarious hashtag.
