We know that Captain Murphy is not Rejjie Snow. We still don’t know who he is. Tonight, we might get some word on the artist behind the moniker, as Pitchfork reports that Murphy will be giving his first live performance, touching down at The Airliner‘s weekly Low End Theory party in Los Angeles tonight. To celebrate, the good Captain dropped a deluxe edition of Duality, with separated tracks (!), instrumentals (!!), dope artwork, and a new track, “Innocence 2.” He’s even got some new merch in the form of a Captain Murphy shirt in two colors. Dig in, and who knows, maybe we’ll have some new clues as to who this mysterious figure is.
