Atlanta’s COMMAND carries himself with supreme style. From his look to his mannered, deep singing, the multi-talented 23-year-old (he produces, plays multiple instruments, sings, raps, and mixes all of his own music) emits a sort of confidence unusual for a still largely undiscovered talent.
“TANGERINE” continues the sonic adventurism of his excellent and overlooked 2014 album WATERMOUTH, a favorite from 5 On It. Its video is simple, loose, and colorful, a stream of party images, performance footage, and picturesque shots of the Atlanta skyline. Another intriguing release from an artist to keep an eye on.
