Irish-born, London-based Blooms’ latest outing “Lust” makes a sultry trifecta for the emergent singer on the heels of prior releases “Skin” and “If I.” Woozy and slow-burning (and once again produced by Sacred Animals, who seems to have a particular knack for tracks that create a steely sensuality), “Lust” embodies its titular feeling–as Blooms says of the the song’s inspiration, “Lust takes over your mind before your heart has a chance to catch up. It’s hard feeling to ignore and can catapult you into something you’re not ready for.”
