Field Medic's "Flash Tattoos" feels like an old folk song at its core, but it's filtered through a bedroom pop lens that give it a modern but lo-fi charm. "I recorded it all myself to cassette on a Tascam 4-track in my kitchen/bedroom in San Francisco," Field Medic explains. "I just moved from San Francisco to Los Angeles three days ago."
Speaking about "Flash Tattoos," Field Medic tells us: "The song is about feeling like an alien in this world, but ultimately realizing what makes you different is what makes you powerful."
