Kate Boy are a Stockholm based electro pop band consisting of three Swedes and one Australian, the group’s singer-songwriter Kate Akhurst. “In Your Eyes,” which has a fairly minimalistic black and white video, is a soaring piece of electronic driven pop music with a big chorus and just a hint of darkness, and as with many Scandinavian artists who combine those elements, merits at least passing comparison to The Knife.
Kate Boy will release The Northern Lights EP on March 11.
