Julia Holter’s new album Loud City Song, her third in as many years, is out via Domino on August 20, but it is streaming in full online from today. Holter has explained that the album takes influences from 1958 musical film Gigi, but beyond that, it’s a dramatic, string-laden collection of beautiful, experimentally minded songs.
