Maryland-based producer Ricky Eat Acid is just getting better and better. His experimental beatwork, especially on Sun Over Hills, is engrossing and unhinged, a psychedelic swirl of chopped samples and crunchy drums, but “Context” is his most focused work yet.
It moves forward with an unstoppable energy, dragging you through a mystical world of builds, breakdowns, strings, synths, and, yet again, an awesome vocal sample. “Context” is coming out alongside another new track on January 20 via Canvasclub, check it out below.
