With his Sanctuary EP out next week (May 25), Maths Time Joy shares his best track yet, the woozy, transfixing R&B of “After Hours.”
Each of the tracks on the EP shows off a different side to Maths Time Joy’s talent, from the psychedelic hip-hop bounce of “Sanctuary” to the wispy, weightless “Cerulean,” and now this. An intricate but never over-fussy bed of beats is woven for the vocals of Flores and MTJ himself, and the resulting track is truly lovely.
