BC Kingdom, an L.A. duo who recently dropped the excellent “COLOURS” plus a powerful video (below), have incorporated elements of interesting electronic production in all their music to date, so it makes sense that they work with one of the U.K.’s most exciting producers, CYPHR, representing one of the U.K.’s most exciting new labels, HER Records.
Keeping the smooth, steel-drum led intro of the original intact, CYPHR slowly introduces bass that rolls in like waves on a stormy night, with the remix reaching its thrilling height around the three minute mark as icy synths rain down on the delicate vocals. Epic, powerful stuff from two artists you should definitely be paying attention to.
