Kendrick Lamar delivered some unmissable late-night television performances in 2015, and it looks as if he’s going to start 2016 off with a bang. The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon just announced via their website that Kendrick will appear as a guest and performer this week, on Thursday January 7.
Lamar has set the bar extremely high for himself in terms of TV performances, most notably with stunning appearances in 2015 on Saturday Night Live and The Colbert Report. We can’t wait to see what he’s got in store for Jimmy Fallon.
Kendrick Lamar ended last year with a short film titled “God Is Gangsta,” essentially a music video for “U” and “For Sale?” from To Pimp A Butterfly. He was also nominated for a massive 11 Grammys and delivered one of the year’s best music videos with “Alright.”
