An FTSE and Jakwob collaboration makes sense, but it can be said with confidence that this isn’t quite what anyone expected. Coming together as GET HOT, the project takes a heavier, almost electro-punk tone. Sorta like a less screamy Crystal Castles on an overdriven sugar-rush of sorts. “Party” is the debut track from the duo, and is taken from a forthcoming EP that’ll be out through Lucky Numbers.
