Katy B’s forthcoming collaborative album Honey is due out on April 29 via Rinse/Virgin EMI. She’s already gifted listeners with her Four Tet and Floating Points collaboration “Calm Down,” the Kaytranada-produced single “Honey,” as well as “Who Am I” alongside Craig David and Major Lazer.

As the release date for Honey quickly approaches, Katy returns with yet another track. Today she shares “I Wanna Be,” her collaboration with Chris Lorenzo. So far each release has shown a different side of Katy B’s musical range. “I Wanna Be” offers a different perspective of what dance and pop singles can sound like. This slow building track opens up into its full potential near the two minute mark, and only gets better from there.

Listen to “I Wanna Be” below.
