After stepping away from the spotlight for a bit, singer Gallant is ready to share his latest creative efforts. The Maryland native, who first made waves in 2013 before breaking out in 2015 with his song "Weight in Gold," is back to show his vocal gifts with a sultry track called "Gentleman."

He describes the new song as “My take on a nineties bedroom jam,” and it drops in advance of a song called "Doesn't Matter," which will be the first single from his forthcoming album. Gallant's 2016 debut album Ology was well received, earning him a Grammy nomination in 2017 for Best Urban Contemporary Album alongside Rihanna's Anti and Beyoncé's Lemonade.

With the new album ready to go, Gallant has slated a handful of one-off shows in New York City (April 3 and 5) and Los Angeles (April 17). Listen to "Gentleman" below and look out for lots more Gallant coming soon.
