"My EP told you everything I felt during my last semester of college," Maggie Rogers writes in a handwritten note, shared alongside her new song. "It's time for me to tell you the story of everything that's happened since."
Finally getting a moment to gather herself after a wild year that saw Rogers travel the world after being noticed by Pharrell at NYU, she is ready to turn a new page with the release of her single, "Split Stones."
"'Split Stones' is a parting gift," she says. "It's a song I made in college and have held onto for a while—one I've had so much fun playing live this year for all of you. This is me saying goodbye for a little while. Here's to the end of the beginning and the start of everything else.​"
