Young British rapper Dave isn't letting up after a huge 2016 which included the incredible Six Paths EP and a Drake remix of "Wanna Know." This year, Dave has collaborated with fellow rising star J Hus on the smooth "Samantha" and dropped the punch line packed, video game-inspired "Revenge."
Dave has been consistently keeping the levels high with his videos, and "100M's" is no different, an anthem for the strivers with a video showing the unglamorous side of the daily grind. SG Lewis, who co-produced the track, appears in the video, as does Sam Smith with a brief but surprising cameo. With the production leaning more towards grime than his last two tracks, "100M's" has the same kind of energy as AJ Tracey collab "Thiago Silva," and Dave goes in with bars about friends, fakes, and some intricate football (No, I won't call it soccer) wordplay.
