Los Angeles-based singer Billie Eilish just turned 15 years old. The spacious "Ocean Eyes" put her on the map, and her first release of 2017, "Bellyache," has a video that affirms the hunch—this girl is a star. While "Ocean Eyes" was a gorgeous introduction, "Bellyache" shows off an intriguing edge, which is in large part due to the fact that this is a song about murder.

“When I write, I try to become different characters,” Billie says. “You can write a song about being in love with someone, but you don’t have to be in love with anyone. You can write a song about killing someone, but you don’t have to have killed people. ‘Bellyache’ is about doing one of those things but it’s mostly about regret and guilt.”

The accompanying video is bright, mischievous, and captivating. Watch it above, check out "Ocean Eyes" below, and keep an eye out for Billie Eilish.
