Taahrr is another NYC artist worth paying attention to. On "Baby Bank$" he blends smooth R&B with gritty production and presents it with a dope, subtly surreal video. The partly animated clip makes you feel like you're tripping as you walk with Taahrr through Bushwick, following along as Taahrr narrates with drowsy vocals.
"This song was the beginning of me meaning everything I say," Tahhrr tells us, "and the end of saying shit just because it sounds cool."
