Following one of his recent Hollywood Dreams Tour shows, Post Malone sat down with Bootleg Kev of Real 92.3 to discuss Malone's forthcoming debut album Stoney. The album, which has seen numerous delays, has been a long time coming, with no new date in sight. When asked about the delay, Malone said, "We're just figuring things out." He continued, "I think we're making a sound that's super fresh, hip, original, very fly."

Kev brought up the question of who else might appear on the long-awaited Stoney, and Malone mentioned a couple of exciting names. Alongside the previously heardcollaborations with Justin Bieber and Quavo, he also mentioned Kehlani, Metro Boomin, and Pharrell. "We're working on some very special things," Malone teased. He further explained that he's worked on some stuff with Kanye West, but fans will "have to see" if it any of it will make it onto the album or not. He mentions what it was like working with Pharrell and Kanye during the talk, too.

After discussing the upcoming album in further detail, Malone took a moment to address the XXL cover controversy, reiterating that he simply didn't want to be on the Freshman cover because he didn't want to fly to New York City to do it. Watch the full interview above.
