Goody Grace moved from Manitoba, Canada to Los Angeles last summer, shortly after he turned 18 years old. He was invited to a friend's party last December, and he performed his song called "Memorie$" there. That party is where he met Jesse Rutherford, lead singer of The Neighbourhood, and the two became friends. "Jesse has become like a big brother to me," Grace says.
Today Goody Grace is finally releasing a video for that song, featuring Jesse and a rare Jaden Smith cameo.
"'Memorie$'" is a song about how quickly life can change," Grace says. "I went from sitting in class in Canada, to California working with my favorite artists within a year. The video is pretty much my friends and I in LA doing the stupid things we do."
