Chance The Rapper's incredible year continues. After the crazy success of his Magnificent Coloring Day festival in Chicago last weekend, which had a special appearance by Kanye West and giant puppets, it's now been announced that Chance is going to perform at the White House.

He will be one of the headliners at the White House's annual National Christmas Tree Lighting concert on December 1, performing alongside Kelly Clarkson and Yolanda Williams. Tickets to the event aren't free, but they're drawn through a lottery which begins on October 7 at 10 a.m. EST. For a chance to buy tickets, you can enter the lottery here.

In other patriotic Chance The Rapper news, he debuted a new song in a Nike Team USA Olympic advert, and will offer voter registration on his upcoming Magnificent Coloring World tour. Earlier this month, he also delivered one of the best late night television performances of the year, doing "No Problem" with 2 Chainz and Lil Wayne on Ellen.
