Frank Ocean's Boys Don't Cry zine has a lot of fantastic content, including a bizarre McDonald's themed poem by Kanye West, an immensely interesting interview with Lil B, and a list of Frank's favorite music. After someone compiled the list of his favorite songs included in the magazine onto a convenient Spotify playlist, Genius has shared the list of his favorite movies that was also featured in the Boys Don't Cry zine.
It's clear from the list that Frank has an incredible taste, not that it wasn't already evident by his music taste, though. Films by David Lynch and Quentin Tarantino show up five times, while Stanley Kubrick makes the most appearances on the list with six films. Curiously though, Eyes Wide Shut is absent, despite Frank previously sampling the Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman-starring movie at the end of "LoveCrimes."
