Last night, Vh1 celebrated an all-ladies lineup during their Hip Hop Honors special. The honorees included Queen Latifah, Salt-N-Pepa, Missy Elliott, and Lil Kim. During the ceremony, various artists came out to partake in tribute performances before the honorees themselves took the stage.

When it was finally Lil Kim’s chance to hit the stage, she brought out Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan to assist her during a performance of “Get Money.” Moments into the performance, viewers on Twitter immediately started to have mixed emotions—partially because a Brooklyn rapper wasn’t given this opportunity, but mainly because Rich Homie Quan terribly fumbled on the classic lyrics.

The jokes came flying down Twitter timelines as Quan’s mishap turned Biggie’s original lyrics, “Play Nintendo with Cease and Nino” into “Play Nintendo with Cease at Alamo.” Though he tried his best, the internet can be cruel. Watch a clip of Lil Kim and Rich Homie Quan’s performance above, and view some of Twitter’s reactions below.

However, Vh1’s Hip Hop Honors had several other outstanding moments to balance out the short lyrical blooper from Rich Homie Quan. View some of the highlights from last night’s celebration below featuring tributes by Dej Loaf, Lil Mama, Teyana Taylor, Naughty by Nature, Eve, and many more. View more here.
