Kim Kardashian talked at length about her husband Kanye West in the latest issue of GQ, saying some particularly interesting things about one particular line from “Famous.” Speaking about THAT Taylor Swift line, Kim has reiterated what Kanye has previously stated, saying, “She totally approved that,” despite Taylor’s claims she didn’t following the release of “Famous.” She continued, saying, “She totally knew that that was coming out. She wanted to all of a sudden act like she didn’t. I swear, my husband gets so much shit for things [when] he really was doing proper protocol and even called to get it approved.”

She insists that Swift “totally gave the okay.” She elaborated further, saying, “Rick Rubin was there. So many respected people in the music business heard that [conversation] and knew. I mean, he’s called me a bitch in his songs. That’s just, like, what they say. I never once think, [gasping] ‘What a derogatory word! How dare he?’ Not in a million years. I don’t know why she just, you know, flipped all of a sudden.”

She also says that Taylor Swift was happy about the line, even, saying, “It was funny because [on the call with Kanye, Taylor] said, ‘When I get on the Grammy red carpet, all the media is going to think that I’m so against this, and I’ll just laugh and say, ‘The joke’s on you, guys. I was in on it the whole time.’ And I’m like, wait, but [in] your Grammy speech, you completely dissed my husband just to play the victim again.” When asked if Taylor Swift and Kanye were in touch after that, she responded, “No. Maybe an attorney’s letter she sent saying, ‘Don’t ever let that footage come out of me saying that. Destroy it.’”

Whether the footage will see the light of day or not remains to be seen, but Kim reiterated, “They sent an attorney’s letter like, ‘Don’t you dare do anything with that footage,’ and asking us to destroy it.” When asked about how she feels when hearing Kanye rapping about having sex with other women, she brushed off the question, explaining, “I’m usually sitting there in the studio when he’s writing it. I’m not offended. I could care less.”
