Starrah is on fire. She’s the writer behind Rihanna’s “Needed Me,” Kevin Gates’ “2 Phones,” and Young Thug and Travis Scott’s “Pick Up The Phone,” but she emerged as a solo artist with one of our favorite songs of the year so far, “Rush.”
To follow it up, Starrah delivers “Dirty Diana.” It’s another catchy, club-friendly joint, but the Retro Future beat on this one is absolutely insane—a playful blend of bubbling synths and speaker-rattling bass. Starrah has already proven herself as a hit-making writer, but she’s earning a reputation as a formidable solo artist as well. Keep an eye out.
