Los Angeles-based artist Azad Right has been working hard behind the scenes for sometime now as the VP of music label Mind Of A Genius, but recently he’s been taking a further step out of the shadows to showcase his own abilities. After the release of the slow-building single “Enough of You” last month, he returns today with his latest single “Special.”
Azad puts his vulnerabilities on full display for this new track produced by Patrick Collier. Transitioning between softer melodies and a quicker rhyme scheme, Azad uses his wordplay to not only speak on the issues of his past but timidly admits that all he really wants is something special for once.
