Rap/rock collaborations are never easy to pull off. After seeing a long line of failed attempts over the years, it was easy to be skeptical of A$AP Ferg jumping on stage with X Ambassadors during their recent performance at Terminal 5 in NYC.
Ferg quickly calmed those worries and proved he can rap over anything by delivering a phenomenal verse over live drums and a simple guitar riff. In the wake of his excellent new album Always Strive And Prosper, he’s becoming one of the most consistent rappers doing it right now.
