Ever since Kanye West’s latest album The Life of Pablo released, countless remixes and edits—and of course, memes—inspired by his a cappella track “I Love Kanye” have continued to surface all over the internet.
So far we’ve heard notable remixes from Stefan Ponce and DJ Premier. Now we receive yet another take on the track, this time a 2-for-1 deal from Statik Selektah and Green Lantern titled “I Hate (the New) Kanye.” Similar to some of the previous edits, these two new versions go the soulful sample-heavy route. However, Statik Selektah and Green Lantern’s version differ ever so slightly, showing how perfect this track is for remixes.
