Last time we heard from North Carolina rapper WELL$, he delivered the heavy-hitter track “130.” Now he returns with his latest effort, “Heaven’s Door” featuring Alec Lomani. This new track is yet another heavy-hitter with production by Metro Boomin.
WELL$ creates an interesting balance on “Heaven’s Door.” The combination of his voice with Metro Boomin’s production set an almost menacing tone for the beginning of the track. The mood quickly shifts as Alec Lomani enters to smooth things out for a much more delicate chorus—creating the mental image of the opening of Heaven’s door.
