Since it’s release Drake’s “Hotline Bling” video has taken on a life of its own from the constant memes and parodies the internet has produced. It just seems to never go away. Someone out there is putting a new spin on the video and the latest comes in the form of an awesome PSA from the Philadelphia Police Department (hometown of Meek Mill ironically enough).
The video aims to alert the citizens of Philadelphia that they cannot save a parking spot for the upcoming snow storm: “Folks – the spot isn’t yours, and saving it is against the law.” The video features Drake passing out traffic cones in an attempt to claim a parking spot which will not fly with the Philadelphia PD.
