Last month, Killer Mike spent some time with Senator Bernie Sanders in Atlanta, taking him to a soul food spot and introducing him at a rally. But the rapper and the senator did more than eat chicken (as one of Killer Mike’s Instagram captions points out), they also sat down for an in-depth conversation at Mike’s barber shop, the SWAG Shop on Edgewood.
Tomorrow at 10 a.m. Eastern time, their full conversation will be released as a series of six videos on Mike’s YouTube and Facebook. The videos are titled: “Economic Freedom,” “Social Justice,” “A Rigged Economy,” “Free Health Care: It Ain’t a Big Deal,” “This Country Was Started as an Act of Political Protest,” and “Democrats Win When People Vote”.
