Watch Kendrick Lamar Perform With the National Symphony Orchestra

Last night, Kendrick Lamar performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. for a special one-off show backed by the National Symphony Orchestra. Kendrick’s music, especially the rich, funky songs on To Pimp a Butterfly already sound great with his regular live band, so a full orchestra really took things to the next level.

The Kennedy Center shared official video of Kendrick performing “These Walls,” and you can check out fan footage of “King Kunta,” “i,” and the track he played for his encore, “Alright,” below.
