Just last week we were introduced to Connie Constance, a 20-year-old singer from London. Her sweet voice won us over on her single “Stars,” now she’s back, lending her vocals on Blue Daisy’s latest single “Alone.”
Fellow Londoners Blue Daisy and Connie Constance link up to create a single that dances on a fine line between eerie and inviting. The production, as well as Blue Daisy’s own voice provide a dark overtone to the track. However, things suddenly brighten up like the sun peeking through the clouds after a rain shower when a hint of tambourine trembles as Connie Constance adds a short verse. Their contrasting voices create a nice juxtaposition that makes “Alone” feel much more intriguing.
