TĀLĀ and How To Dress Well both had a pretty impressive 2014 and the now they’ve joined forces to start this year on a strong note. Their collaboration “The One” was created as a part of Yours Truly’s Songs From Scratch series. The series brings two different artists together and challenges them to create a new song within 24 hours.
Though TĀLĀ and How To Dress Well technically only made one song, they actually made two versions of their own. The difference in the two versions are very subtle changes in the beat. So subtle that you probably wouldn’t even notice it the first time around. But regardless of which version you prefer, “The One” proves to be a great collaboration between two artists that make perfect sense together.
