Despite all the space-age and futuristic beats making the waves right now, jazzy production will always be here to stay. Chester Watson thrives on beats like this, and his latest, “Nü,” is more than just proof of that. His sleepy stream-of-consciousness raps lend themselves well to laid-back beats, and CoryaYo is more than happy to supply him with some fitting production on “Nü.” As with a lot his recent tracks, it’s unfortunately short, but it still manages to show off his considerable talents despite its short running time.
