This morning I received a text from my friend that read: “New viper. *fire emoji x 5*” with an attached image of one of Viper’s latest releases, I’m Better Than U 2.
For the uninitiated, Viper is a struggle rapper whose vast catalog puts Lil B to shame. This year alone Viper released over 300 albums, all of which are available on Spotify. Though the quality of Viper’s music is definitely questionable, this kind of persistence is rare in a new-aged rap world where people will simply quit if they fail to get blog coverage.
