Former Daily Discovery et aliae (read our interview with her here) has just signed to independent label Cascine, and will be releasing an EP with them in spring of next year. To celebrate, she’s remixed her new label-mates Lemonade—a match made in sparkling, sun-dappled heaven.
Demonstrating the same deft touch with vocals and ability to create tangible emotion through her production as she did on “Never Let U Down” and “Baby” (from Ryan Hemsworth’s Secret Songs compilation), et aliae brings “Come Down Softly” into much sharper focus, stripping things back before bringing those crisp drums rolling in like the waves onto some Mediterranean beach.
