Seinabo Sey is trying to create something huge. She told us as much when we spoke to her recently, but we could have guessed that was her aim from the two explosive, soulful pop songs that she had released already. “Hard Time” and “Younger” are now joined by “Pistols At Dawn,” a song that is a little slower paced, but hits just as hard, with the combination of the rumbling production, gunshots, and a darker tone making this Seinabo’s most intriguing song yet.
