The word progressive has a stigma attached to it that brings to mind some pretty corny acts, but not many producers sound as genuinely progressive and forward-thinking as Swedish duo Gidge. Taken from their upcoming album Autumn Bells, “Norrland” is an earthy and sprawling horn-led cut that appropriately closes out the album. Its organic texture and atmosphere is pretty easy to get lost in, inviting deep immersion within seconds of starting.
