Not too long ago, we introduced you all to the mysterious London-based duo Men Among Boys. “Presence of Man” was a fantastic introduction to their sound, and easily settled them in with the current wave of ‘alt-R&B’. Their second ever track, “PurpleBlack,” however, has distanced them from the scene, allowing them to stand out even more than before. Crooning over dark, clanking production, Men Among Boys don’t seem interested in simply repeating current trends. “PurpleBlack” is taken from their debut EP, In Reverse, which will be released this summer.
