Lorde’s debut at Coachella is the type of thing that doesn’t happen very often. First of all, she’s only 17. But she’s also had such a quick ascent that she was never one of those tiny names at the bottom of the bottom of the lineup. She’s a rookie, but she’s also a star.
This is something the young singer has probably thought about a lot, and something that has forced her to do some growing up, but she still seems to be amazed by it all.
