Manchester-based producer Oceaán has well and truly delivered on the promise of his beautiful first song “Neéd U,” releasing a whole EP of gorgeous, richly textured songs. With a mixture of hazy R&B and glimmering pop, all tied together by clear dance music influences, Oceaán has delivered an at times muted, at times transcendent, but consistently excellent EP.
