A new track from Hudson Mohawke has surfaced as the soundtrack to a 60-second promo for Under Armour’s new SpeedForm Apollo sneaker (watch above). If you’re hoping for more synthetic brass infused thuds, then HudMo’s production has got you covered once again, although the track doesn’t really burst into life until around 40 seconds. No word on whether we’ll be hearing the track elsewhere, but it’s always nice to hear new HudMo regardless.
Disco legend Giorgio Moroder has also provided the soundtrack for a new commercial, but in the form of an update to one of his early compositions. His update to “Doo-Bee-Doo” (now with a tacked on 2014 at the end) is found in the new Volkswagen ad that’s set to air during the Super Bowl.
