Sultry R&B duo Skin Town have had a great end to 2013, as they released their impressive, maybe a little overlooked, debut album The Room (listen here). It’s a moody, sexy, cohesive eleven tracks of glinting synths and warm vocals, and now the album opener, and one of the standout tracks, “2Nite,” has been remixed by Brazilian producer Pazes. He roughens up the song’s edges, turning it into something more haunting than the original—the soundtrack to romance in a horror film rather than a late-night drive with your lover.
